CrossFit Level 2 Trainer
My favorite thing about coaching is seeing all the different backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels our SVL family is made of and watching them work out alongside each other. Seeing all the friendships that are made is a really cool thing to watch. It starts inside the gym with encouragement and support from each other and then is carried over into their lives outside the gym. One of the biggest myths I hear people say is they "want to try Crossfit but need to get in shape first." That is where we, as coaches come in. Let us meet you where you are in your fitness journey, help you achieve your goals, and then set new ones once those are met.
