A stable foundation is built one brick at a time. In Foundations class we lay those bricks in a safe and fun environment. We keep class sizes small to maximize the one-on-one time you spend under the watchful eye of our coaches. You’ll learn proper movement patterns as you’re introduced to the basic movements of CrossFit and the equipment we use.
Foundations consists of four one-on-one or small group sessions. In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout.
Once you have completed the four foundation sessions, you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
We offer our foundations course at different times throughout the month:
-5:15 AM is offered in week 1 and 2 of the month
-10:30 AM is offered on a case-by-case scenario
-5:30 PM is offered in week 3 and 4 of the month
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
